about archie
Archie was a bright, popular young man, loved by those who knew him for his outrageous sense of humour and fun, alongside his kindness and warmth. His energy and enthusiasm were infectious, and his presence made life more interesting and joyous to those around him.

Always a whirlwind of energy, Archie had a wealth of interests and hobbies. His ADHD brain often meant becoming hyper-focussed on one thing, before moving on to the next shortly after. He was fit and sporty, a scarily fast skier, and obsessed with working out in the gym.

School was difficult for Archie due to the social and emotional pressures of a mainstream environment, and the lack of support available for children like him. With the right support from an independent setting, Archie completed his GCSEs and went on to college to study mechanical engineering.

Archie had many challenges but achieved a great deal. He loved driving and Formula 1, was a member of the Under-17 Car Club and passed his driving test first time. An avid Wolverhampton Wanderers fan, Archie qualified as a youth football referee and refereed the Cheltenham Youth League's cup final at Whaddon Road.

To his friends, Archie was that mate who would go further, push limits, and break rules to get a laugh. He was the boy teachers would refer to as a ‘character’, and friends would call a ‘legend’.
